Pack your Items
Place the unworn items with their original tags attached back into the box; you can reuse our eco-friendly packaging to help reduce waste.
Send the Package
Address your parcel to our Warsaw warehouse using your preferred courier service or our dedicated return portal for a simplified shipping label.
Receive your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
